Our service department realizes the installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of the instruments. Through our service contracts we offer you fast repair when needed and we perform preventative maintenance. All our service engineers have safety certification. At M.C. TEC service is not a department but a mentality.

Installation & Commissioning
Besides the sales of our instruments we do complete installation and integration of our instrumentation. We also give instructions and training to the operators.

Repairs
Our own service team performs repairs on site or in our ESD save repair centre. All our service engineers are trained as specialists.

Certification
Our own service team performs certification on site or in our ESD save service centre.

Maintenance
Some of our products needs yearly maintenance and/or certificartion. Our own service team performs this work for you. We also do maintenance on instruments not supplied by ourselves.

Servicecontracts
In our service contract we put our agreement regarding response times and performed work (and delivered/replaced parts).
