IB05 - Analyses Unit
The IB05-SOFT DRINK multiparametric analysis system continuously measures on-line concentration (brix), % alcohol and carbonation (CO2 Volumes) for both sugar and diet beverages. The IB05 also provides alarm conditions and transmits the measured values for remote display, recording and data acquisition. The IB05-SOFT DRINK is the basic element of the complete BAS02 Monitoring and Control System. In its maximum configuration the BAS02 system provides continuously brix, %Alcohol, CO2, pH and oxygen measurement and recording, remote display, automatic control and data acquisition with computer. The IB05-BEER multiparametric analysis system continuously measures on-line the alcohol, real extract and °Plato. It also provides alarm conditions and transmits the measured values for remote dispaly, recording and data acquisition.

IB06 - Analyses Unit
IThe IB06 multiparametric analysis system is designed to monitor sugared or dietetic carbonated drinks, non-carbonated drinks and mineral water with unmatched level of accuracy. The unit continuously measures on-line the beverage concentration (brix) and carbonation (CO2 Volumes) for both sugar and diet beverages. The IB06 also provides alarm conditions and transmits the measured values for remote display, recording and data acquisition. The IB06 is a modular system; it can be structured according to the specific requirements (only the concentration or CO2 measurement) and integrated with additional modules subsequently.

BA01 - Beer Analyzer
The BA01 Beer analyzer consists of a multiparametric analysis system installed directly in line and a receiver mounted on the wall, the floor, or in a panel. The on-line analysis system continuously measures refractive index, sound velocity and temperature of the product. The receiver uses these values to compute the alcohol, real extract and °Plato, displays the values and warns of alarm conditions.

UC05 - Carbonation Analyzer
Process carbonation analyzer for continuous measuring of dissolved carbonation in soft drinks, mineral water, beer and wine. An automatic control system may be added to the unit.

UR22 - In-line process refractometer
High-performance refractometer for on line analysis of sugared and diet drinks.

MR02 - Multiparametric Receiver
System management, data processing, operator interface, interface with analysis unit, interface with additional elements and with process system.

UC20 - Brix and CO2 controller
Automatic BRIX (dosing pumps and orifices) and CO2 (injection and saturation systems) control.

IRIO - Remote display
In case the measuring devices are located in positions not visible to the operator we can supply a remote display that shows the Brix and CO2 values as well as the alarm status.
