IR-3000 - On-line Moisture Transmitter
The IR-3000 series is designed to allow users to optimize their on-line process and dramatically improve product quality. The IR-3000 can be calibrated for all types of applications and can also measure coatings, oils and seasonings. The sensor can be in a stand alone or multi-sensor configuration. Communication to the sensor head(s) can be via laptop computer, PC based Touch Screen Operator Interface, remote infrared PDA, plant wide network by RS232/422/485 and Ethernet TCP/IP.

828 - On-line Moisture in Tobacco Transmitter
Our model 828 is specifically designed and calibrated for worldwide use for on-line tobacco moisture measurement and control. The 828 can improve product quality by preventing and/or quickly detecting production that is out of specification resulting in significant reductions in waste, energy and material costs. sensor can be in a stand alone or multi-sensor configuration. Communication to the sensor head(s) can be via laptop computer, PC based Touch Screen Operator Interface, remote infrared PDA, plant wide network by RS232/422/485 and Ethernet TCP/IP.

Management software
We have also designed a high-tech Windows software program to configure and monitor MoistTech’s transmitters. With this program you can view and adjust calibrations, parameters and diagnostics. With digital displays and graphs the MoistTech Software program is easy to use and can be operated on any PC and/or laptop computer. While this software provides basic sensor monitoring and logging, communications protocol is provided to users to facilitate communication with more sophisticated HMI’s such as Wonderware and Intellution products.

X-one / X-two
De X-1 en X-2 zijn NIR systemen die voorzien zijn van de allernieuwste technologie. Gebaseerd op volledige spectrumanalyse maakt het mogelijk veel verschillende componenten gelijktijdig te meten. Ook is het mogelijk om een kleurbepaling en automatische productherkenning door het systeem uit te laten voeren. The FOP-38 On Line Analyser is een krachtige NIR spectrofotometer geachikt voort het meten van proteïne, vocht, vet, alcohol, suikers en andere componenten in granen, zaden, melkproducten, vlees, vloeisoffen ,tabletten etc. Het instrumentbestaat uit een NIR spectrofotometer, een sampling unit en een display unit.
